Ten coaches of the Mumbai-Ernakulam Duronto Express
derailed near Madgaon in Goa on Sunday. The mishap took place at 06:24 am, near
Balli station.
No casualties or injuries have been reported.
The accident Relief Medical Van (ARMV) and Accident
Relief Trains (ARTs) have reached the site. Konkan Railway officials have also
rushed to the site.

Following trains are short terminated:
1) 70102 Karwar – Madgapm of 03/05/2015 short
terminated at Loliem.
2) 22636 Mangalore-Madgaon of 03/05/2015 terminated
at Karwar.

between Mangalore and
2) 12133 CSTM-Mangalore Jn of 02/05/2015 is cancelled
between Madgaon and
Mangalore Jn.
3) 12134 Mangalore Jn – CSTM of 03/05/2015 is
cancelled between Mangalore Jn and Madgaon.
